Tamara has worked in event promotion, marketing, digital advertising and experiential innovation for 25+ years. Starting in the agency business in NYC working on Nestle, AT&T, Crest, Haagen-Dazs, and dozens of other accounts, she launched her own agency in 1997 and built it with Pepsi brands, then expanded to build programming for municipal, nonprofit and small to midsize businesses. She is a Michigan grad, studied at Columbia post grad, is a passionate environmentalist, and a font junkie.
Todd has spent 30 years building, transforming, buying and selling dozens of businesses. His entrepreneurial journey includes technology, farming, beer/wine/spirits, automotive and real estate. His companies include Liquidus, Goose Island Beer Co, Beer Across America, Chelsea B. Drugstore, and Harvest Moon Labs to name a few. He brings his expertise in strategy, sales and marketing and customer acquisition to the table when he joined wife Tamara in 2016 to form their joint agency to make Grit x

She is an energetic public speaker, producer, writer, and visual artist. Her love of art makes her marketing come alive through branding, collateral, and content creation.
Denise Nagy joined the team in 2007 as a passionate and talented Graphic Designer responsible for creating visual concepts and communicating ideas that have proven to inspire, inform and captivate our audiences. She develops the overall layout and production designs for online and print advertisements, brochures, web designs, social posts, and corporate reports. A graduate from Columbia College with a BA in Advertising and Design, she has worked in the industry for 30+ years.
Jenny Sciortino has over 15 years of deep experience providing small businesses with website design, maintenance and marketing needs. She has expertise in SEO optimization, configuring Google analytics, managing social media sites and creating compelling email campaigns to drive business. She joined the T.SQUARE Marketing team in 2018 working on PR, social media management and web design/maintenance for new and existing clients.
Marie Junkmann supports sales and sponsorship for our clients including Northbrook NINE and the annual LAUNCH fashion show. Marie's organizational and sales lead experience drives our customers topline funnels and helps close business. She also has deep expertise in event production and lead gen that has supported T.SQUARE over the past 10 years.
Stephanie specializes in public and media relations and has extensive experience with event planning, copywriting and branding for companies. She focuses on communication needs for entrepreneurs, the pet industry, beauty & lifestyle industry, fashion industry, medical field and the nonprofit sector. She works closely with brand managers to execute national PR campaigns and has managed public relations for a variety of national and local companies.
Marley is a senior at The University of Wisconsin-Madison pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA focused Marketing also pursing a minor in Digital Studies. She supports the team with brand marketing, e-commerce, marketing and business growth strategies, social media engagement and some PR support with various clients.
